About Steve Pelto
Steve started his Real Estate career at age 18. After graduating from Michigan State University in 1977, he started Look Realty. At age 21, back in 1977, Steve was the youngest broker ever in the State of Michigan. Since then, Look Realty has grown to one of the largest independent real estate firms in Marquette County.
Steve has 2 beautiful daughters, Courtney (Joffee....husband Joel) ) with a handsome grandson and beautiful granddaughter. Courtney works at Child and Family Services in Marquette. His second daughter, Meredith is the front desk supervisor at the Pacific Terrace Hotel in San Diego; both are MSU graduates.
Steve has been very active in the local community. His affiliations past and present include; President and Co-Chairperson of the American Cancer Society, Board Member of the NMU Golden Wildcat Club, member of the Chamber of Commerce, Marquette Ambassadors, Past President (youngest ever) and Board of Directors of Marquette Downtown Rotary Club, Planning Board of the City of Marquette, Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Marquette, High School building committee, Advisory Board member for North Country Bank and Trust, Development Committee for St. Peters church, U.P.A.R, Michigan Assoc. of Realtors, National Assoc. of Realtors, National Relocation Council (ERC), and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). About Tiffany Bowman
Tiffany Bowman is a Michigan native who moved to the Upper Peninsula with her family in 2013. It didn’t take long for her and her husband, Jake, to fall in love with the area and decide that the UP is where they wanted to plant their roots and raise their two boys, Landin and Westin.
Tiffany joined Look Realty in 2015 as a property manager and earned her real estate license later that same year, working as Steve Pelto’s licensed assistant. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in a wide range of real estate transactions, including residential homes, multi-family properties, commercial real estate, high-end homes, starter homes, and vacant land. She also played an integral role in the final phase of the Landing Development, working closely with buyers to ensure every detail was handled with care.
Known for her strong knowledge of the local real estate market, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients, Tiffany works hard to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. She prides herself on clear communication, strong follow-through, and being someone her clients can rely on every step of the way.
