Look
Realty handles many rental properties in the Marquette area. We own and
manage many apartments, duplexes, and homes. All of our apartments
require a year lease to be signed. For most of our apartments and
duplexes heat and water are included and some of our apartments include
the heat, water, and electric. For most of our homes no utilities are
included.
There are NO PETS ALLOWED in any of our apartments. We require a
security deposit to be put down when signing a lease. For a one bedroom
apartment the total deposit required is $550. For our two bedroom
apartments the total deposit is $700. Our homes and duplexes vary
slightly depending on the size of the unit. If you are looking for a

906.228.7277. A $10.00 nonrefundable administration fee is required
before an application will be considered. You may email us at

2020 Longyear Ave. D & S Apartments. 1 bedroom apartments, plowed
parking, coin operated laundry in nearby building. Rent includes heat,
water, and electric from $475 to $490.
2022 Longyear Ave. P.I.P. Apartments. 1 bedroom non-smoking apartments,
plowed parking, coin operated laundry in nearby building. Rent includes
heat, water, and electric from $475 to $490.
803 Lincoln Ave. Lincoln Apartments. Plowed parking, individual storage
lockers and coin operated laundry in basement. Rent includes heat and
water. Rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is $485 to $500. Rent for a
2 bedroom
apartment is $575 to $620.
2004 Longyear Ave. Northern Apartments. Plowed parking, coin operated
laundry in nearby building. Rent includes heat and water. Two 1 bedroom
apartments from $500 to $520. One large 3 bedroom for $1050.
921 Pine St. Pinecourt Apartments. Plowed parking, coin operated laundry
in basement. Rent includes heat and water. Smaller 1 bedroom apartments
are $435 to $455. Larger 1 bedroom apartment is $470 to $490.
